The Shurflo 100 series (12 volt DC, 1.5 to 2.5 amps)

This tough, compact pump specifically made to handle a variety of low-volume applications. Thanks to Shurflo's unique design, the positive-displacement pump requires no valves - giving the capability to pump a wide variety of chemicals and fluids. Weight approx 1 pound. Self priming up to 4" vertical. Flow varies from 1 gpm max at zero pressure, to 1/4 gpm at 10 psi. This rugged little pump features a high torque motor, Ryton construction, and full motor enclosure. 4.80” x 2.60” x 1.92”.

This pump is also popular for such things as solar powered water fountains, bird baths, aquariums etc. Can run directly from a 30 to 40 watt solar panel, or from a 12 volt battery. There are no repair parts kits for the model 100.

The Shurflo 8000 series (12 volt, 4 to 7 amps)

The Shurflo 8000 series is ideal for the toughest industrial applications requiring high pressure with moderate flow rates (up to 1.8 GPM) with low amp draw. It is also widely used in home and RV systems for potable water pressure or transfer.

The Shurflo 8000 is a positive displacement 3-chamber diaphragm pump, with a permanent magnet motor. Max liquid temperature is 180 degrees F (82C). Self-priming up to 8 feet. The ports are standard 3/8" NPT female pipe thread. Pressure up to 60 psi, with built in automatic demand adjustable pressure switch. Weight approx 4.5 pounds. 4.2 to 7.2 amps, depending on pressure.
