Solar Water Pumping
Solar water pumps, pump systems, design information.
We carry a very wide range of DC, AC, and solar water pumps, and this section is very large. It includes submersible pumps, surface pumps, RV pumps, hot water circulating pumps, and even fountain pumps. It also includes pressure tanks, solar hot water systems, and all the items and accessories you need to install pumps and systems - controllers, fittings, pipe, install kits etc. FAQ's, selection guides, and installation and usage guides and tips are at the bottom.
We still have about 60+ pages to add or update in this section
Complete Pump Systems and Examples
|General guide to using solar water pumps||Basic information on all types of solar pumps.|
|Surface Pump Systems and Examples||Examples of various surface pump systems - booster pumps, pressurizing systems, fountain pumps, irrigation systems.|
|Solar Fountain pumps and systems||We don't do fountains and stuff, but this guy does|
|Submersible Pump Systems and Examples||Examples of various submersible and well pumping systems|
Parts and accessories for all pumps
|Surface, booster, pressurizing pump parts||Accessories, parts, wire, cable, install kits etc. for all surface pumps.|
|Submersible solar pump parts||Accessories, parts, wire, cable, install kits etc. for all submersible pumps.|
Conergy manufactures and distributes a wide variety of pumps, including surface, irrigation, submersible, and pressurizing.
|Submersible Water Pumps (well pumps)||Lorentz pumps|
Sun Pumps manufactures a wide range of solar submersible well pumps, surface pumps, booster, and jack pumps.
|SDS submersible well pumps||Diaphragm submersible pumps generally have lower flow rates and are efficient at the lower flow rates. Nominal flow rates range from 1 to 3.5 GPM. SunPumps diaphragm pumps are called the SDS series|
|SCS submersible well pumps||Centrifugal submersible pumps have higher flow rates and higher lift capabilities. SunPumps SCS line of brushless DC submersibles have flow rates from 2 GPM to 50 GPM and with total lifts of up to 700 feet.|
|Pump controllers for SDS and SCS pumps||The DC source may be solar panels, wind generators, batteries, or any combination of the three. The main purpose of the controller is to maximize the total daily output while providing protection for the pump as well as the power source.|
|Shallow well pumps SJT||Shallow Well Jet pumps are used to pump water from shallow wells using solar power|
|Centrifugal booster pumps SCB||Centrifugal Booster Pumps are for pressurizing water systems. (20 to 120 PSI) Ideal for home pressure systems|
|Piston booster pumps SBP||Piston Booster Pumps are for boosting surface water from medium to very high heads. (50 to 2300+ feet)|
|Jack pumps SJD||Jack pumps are used to pump from a well and are very efficient at low flow rates. Jacks are ideal for pumping from very deep wells. (From 50 to 2000+ feet)|
|Pool pumps||Pool Pumps are used to circulate pool water through filters and solar water heating panels using solar power.|
Shurflo manufactures smaller DC and solar water pumps, and the 9300 submersible pump. We carry all the solar pumps in the 100, 2088, and 8000 series. We also carry the 9300 submersible well pump. We do not carry other Shurflo pumps, such as sprayer - for those contact Shurflo directly: www.shurflo.com
|General description of all Shurflo pumps and accessories that we carry|
|2088 Series||General purpose 12, 24, and 115 volt pumps commonly used in RV's and small home systems|
|8000 series||Similar to the 2088 pumps, 12 volt only|
|100 series||A small low volume, low pressure pump sometimes used in small fountain systems|
|9300 Submersible||Submersible well pump. From .9 to 2.2 gallons per minute, up to 225 foot depth.|
Challenger Pressure Tanks
Pressure tanks for well pumping systems and situations where you have wide variations in city water pressure. Manufactured by Flexcon Industries. We carry pressure tanks from under one gallon to 240, and can order larger.
|Challenger Pressure tanks||JR and PC models. 1 to 366 gallons.|
